At the time of Invitation Card Collection: Submit the Convocation Registration Slip
At the time of Gown Collection: 1500/= (Refundable Security Deposit).

1. Access the Convocation Registration menu and complete the fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
2. Click Online Payment and follow the instructions to pay the amount specified in the Payment Notification.
3. After completing the payment, return to the Convocation Registration menu and ensure that all mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are completed. Verify that the mobile number displayed is accurate. If required, update it with your currently active mobile number.
4. Click "Apply for Registration" to finalize your Convocation Registration. Upon successful submission, the Convocation Registration Slip with the "Print" option will be displayed on the screen and a confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.
5. Print and save your Convocation Registration Slip.
6. You may also obtain your Convocation Registration Slip later by accessing the Convocation Registration menu on the University website and clicking the Convocation Registration Slip icon. The Print option will be available on the displayed slip.

N.B: Steps 1 and 2 do not apply to students who have already completed their payment.

আমন্ত্রণপত্র সংগ্রহের সময়: সমাবর্তন রেজিস্ট্রেশন স্লিপ জমা দিতে হবে।
গাউন সংগ্রহের সময়: ১,৫০০/- টাকা (ফেরতযোগ্য জামানত হিসেবে) প্রদান করতে হবে।

১. Convocation Registration মেনুতে প্রবেশ করে লাল তারকা (*) চিহ্নিত ঘর পূরণ করুন।
২. পরবর্তীতে Payment Notification-এ উল্লেখিত অর্থ পরিশোধের জন্য "Online Payment" বাটনে ক্লিক করে নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করুন এবং Payment কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করুন।
৩. পুনরায় Convocation Registration মেনুতে প্রবেশ করে লাল তারকা (*) চিহ্নিত সকল ঘর অবশ্যই পূরণ করুন। নির্ধারিত ঘরে প্রদর্শিত মোবাইল নম্বরটি সঠিক আছে কিনা যাচাই করুন। প্রয়োজন হলে বর্তমানে ব্যবহৃত সক্রিয় মোবাইল নম্বরটি হালনাগাদ করুন।
৪. সমাবর্তন রেজিস্ট্রেশন চূড়ান্তভাবে সম্পন্ন করার জন্যে Apply for Registration বাটনে ক্লিক করলে স্ক্রীনে Print অপশন সম্বলিত Convocation Registration Slip প্রদর্শিত হবে এবং আপনার মোবাইল নম্বরে SMS-এর মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিতকরণ বার্তা পাঠানো হবে।
৫. আপনার Convocation Registration Slip প্রিন্ট এবং সংরক্ষণ করুন।
৬. পরবর্তীতেও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ওয়েবসাইটে Convocation Registration মেনুতে প্রবেশ করে Convocation Registration Slip আইকনের উপর ক্লিক করলে স্ক্রীনে Print অপশন সম্বলিত Convocation Registration Slip পাওয়া যাবে।
